1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We analyze publicly available information from e-commerce platforms and present it in an organized, actionable format to help you make informed business decisions.

4. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

6.1 Free Plan

We offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts are subject to usage limitations and may have restricted access to certain features.

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Maintain valid payment information on file
• Pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your subscription

6.3 Add-on Services

Certain features, such as Product Watch alerts, are available as add-ons to paid subscriptions. Add-on fees are charged in addition to your base subscription and are prorated based on your billing cycle.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe Inc. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge it for all fees incurred.

• Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Failed payments may result in service interruption
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution
• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
• Access to paid features will be revoked at the end of the billing period
• Your account data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted

We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Estimates (revenue, traffic, etc.) are approximations and may vary from actual figures
• Data should be used for informational purposes only, not as the sole basis for business decisions
• Historical data may be updated or corrected without notice

You acknowledge that you use the data and insights at your own risk and discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VERDALIS LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VERDALIS LTD and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Upon your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by:
